Blue will help you manage your daily tasks, anywhere you go. blue is entirely web-based, meaning you have all the information you need in one place. blue is compatible with almost all modern computers, smartphones and other mobile devices, and it makes no difference how many people are accessing the system at any one time, or where in the world your team, suppliers or guests happen to be.

As well as role-specific tasks, blue also specializes in organizing events – from custom events, managers’ meetings and sales conventions to supervisory board meetings, business reviews and even the Christmas party. As a communications platform, blue is your one-stop shop for all the information you need.

blue brings together all your communication channels in one place. The software also offers a wide range of group features: the integrated chat feature allows for spontaneous queries and prompt feedback; employees are able to leave comments in the system and on the data records; a status display indicates which members of your team are online and where they are working from at any given time; the project forum pools useful questions and answers; and, of course, the software also allows files to be uploaded, prepared, and shared with ease.
Fast and secure
We have completely reconfigured blue, and now use one of the latest database systems for our web-based app. Users can benefit from the operating functions and speed of a local program and the availability of the internet. blue is a web-based app that can be used on various platforms. blue saves all information as it is being entered and is extremely fast, even via mobile connections without wireless internet, meaning no data get lost. And if you do happen to make a mistake, you can just go “back to the latest version.” blue uses up-to-date security technology, but if this isn’t sufficient you can also host blue yourself.

Whether you’re planning a huge event at the Olympic Stadium or a meeting with all the heads of departments, blue’s capabilities are limitless, so our clients can choose how far they need it to go. Our software allows any number of team members, suppliers and partners to work simultaneously on one project.
Effective
blue was born out of practical experience. It was designed for and in close collaboration with the Customer & Trade Relations department of Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, and has been in successful use since 2009.
